On Friday, 12th May 2006 ended the period during which the Lead Manager could have purchased ordinary shares of the company for stabilization purposes. The stabilization period commenced on Wednesday, 12 April 2006.
Following that, EFG TELESIS FINANCE informs the public that no shares were purchased during the abovementioned period for stabilization purposes.
