Babis Vovos International Construction S.A. announces that, at the publication of figures and information for the period from 1/1/2006 until 31/3/2006 dated 30/5/2006 at the newspapers "IMERISSIA" and "KATHIMERINI", the comparative data for the Group and the Company at the Balance Sheet referred to the period ended 31/3/2005 instead of the correct comparative data for the year ended 31/12/2005. The revised figures and information for the period from 1/1/2006 until 31/3/2006 will be re-published at the newspapers "IMERISSIA" and "KATHIMERINI" at June 1st, 2006. The revised figures and information for the period from 1/1/2006 until 31/3/2006 also include the following additions at the section "Additional data & information":
a) At the third note, the mortgage amount of Euro 58,497,500 for the company's investment property, property plant and equipment and inventories has been added.
b) At the fourth note, the provision amount of Euro 639 thousand for pending court decisions over injunctions filled against the Company from third parties has been added.

The revised figures and information for the period from 1/1/2006 until 31/3/2006 as well as the financial statements for the same period were electronically sent to the Supervising Authorities and they have already been published at the company's website.
