INTRALOT's success rate reached 47%, while GTECH's stood at 37% and Scientific Games' was 16%. INTRALOT's competitors were the incumbent providers in more than half of the projects that the Company won. In the past year INTRALOT won 10 new projects, acquired a betting company in Poland and increased its stake in its subsidiary INTELTEK from 25% to 45%. Moreover, the new contracts in New Zealand, Taiwan, and the Philippines mark the beginning of the Company's penetration in the very significant market of South East Asia. Finally, the Company mentioned once more the strong 1Q06 results, with international operations contributing 76.2% to consolidated revenues and 72.5% to profits. The significant improvement of the profitability of international operations is attributed to the facts that initial start-up and operational costs have been absorbed and that games have an increasing penetration in each country.
