PIRAEUS REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT S.A. (PIRAEUS AEEAP) notifies its shareholders that, pursuant to paragraph 2, article 53, Law 3371/2005, they must settle until 22.9.2006 the fractional rights (purchase or sale) which resulted from the share capital increase with distribution of free shares, and the increase in the nominal value of each share (General Meeting resolution as of 21.02.2006), in order to obtain whole shares. After the lapse of the above deadline, the remaining fractional balances will be liquidated, pursuant to the provisions of resolution no.13/375/17.3.2006 of the Board of Directors of the Capital Market Commission (Official Gazette Β 568/8.5.2006), and the net result will be deposited with the Deposits and Loans Fund, from where the shareholders may collect the corresponding amount.
