The company NEOCHIMIKI L.V. LAVRENTIADIS S.A. announces that through its subsidiary CHEMICAL SOLUTION S.A. it purchased a plant for the production of Emulsions and Chemical raw materials for the industries of lacquers and glue products that costed 3.750 thousand euros. The plant extends on a field of approximately 7,000 m2 (approximately 1.73 acres) which includes sheltered production and warehousing areas of approximately 2,900 m2 (approximately 0.72 acres). The above mentioned purchase is performed within the framework of further expanding the company's production activities in the fields of paints, lacquer and glue products both in Greece, where the Group now has two production units of emulsions and one production unit of resins and in the market of Southeast Europe where the paints & lacquer industry is dynamically growing.
