Notos Com announces the following changes in the Cosmetics Unit: LANCASTER GROUP Hellas, in which COTY BV and Notos Com control 51% and 49% respectively, is being renamed COTY PRESTIGE Hellas SA as of July 1st, 2006. COTY BV having acquired the rights for the Calvin Klein, Cerruti and Lagerfeld brands of cosmetics assigned their exclusive representation in Greece to the above joint venture. Consequently, 3 new international brand names have been added to the portfolio of brands which the Notos Com Group represents. As announced on May 22nd, 2006, Procter & Gamble acquired the rights for the Dolce & Gabbana brand which henceforth will not be represented by Notos Com.
