Agricultural Bank of Greece announces that its Extraordinary General Shareholders' Meeting was held on July 19, 2006. Present at the Bank's General Meeting were 22 Shareholders ( in person or by proxy) representing a total of 707,932,369 shares i.e. 78.19 % of the Bank's paid up share capital. Τhe General Meeting elected KPMG KYRIAKOU Certified Auditors S.A., as additional auditors, for the purpose of auditing the Bank's financial statements and the Group of companies' consolidated financial statements for the year 2006.
