The company Hellenic Fabrics SA announces, that in implementation of the former decision taken by its Supervisory Board and after a study undertaken by an independent surveyor concerning the fair value of its subsidiary Kilkis Spinning Mills SA., that it has acquired on the 20th of July 2006, the remaining 10% of the latter's shares. As a result, it now holds 100% of the subsidiary's share capital.
