OPAP S.A. informs the investing public that the company's Board of directors, taking into consideration:
a) The loss of Evangelos Stergiopoulos, Member of the Operation and Evaluation Committee for the International Public Tender regarding the "Supply, Installation and Maintenance of IT Equipment, Terminals and Services".
b) The resignations of Prof. Panagiotis Tsanakas (President) and Prof. Petros Maragos (Member) of the above Committee, Decided to reconstitute the Committee as follows:
