COSMOTE signed today a loan agreement with its subsidiary COSMOTE ROMANIAN MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS S.A. (COSMOTE ROMANIA), of up to 160 million Euro, with a duration until 07.02.2007. The facility is part of COSMOTE ROMANIA's financing schedule, up to a total of 400 million Euro during the period 2006 - 2008, as announced by COSMOTE on 16 May. Part of the loan will be used to refinance the existing 30 million Euro facility that COSMOTE ROMANIA has already received from COSMOTE.
