PROTON Investment Bank S.A. informs the investing public that in accordance with the resolution no. 431/12-07-2006 of the General Manager of the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission, 8.368 shares were liquidated on August 4, 2006, which were undisposed fractional balances resulting from the share capital increase of PROTON Investment Bank S.A. due to merger by absorption of the companies ARROW CLOSED END FUND S.A., EURODYNAMIC CLOSED END FUND S.A. and EXELIXI CLOSED END FUND S.A., which was concluded on December 30th, 2005. The net result of the liquidation, after deduction of any expenses and tax, amounted to Euro 73.810,43 and shall be deposited by the Bank to the Deposits and Loans Fund. In order to collect the corresponding amount, eligible shareholders are kindly requested to contact the Share Register Section of PROTON Investment Bank S.A. (tel. 210-9005306, 210-9005555, 22 Lagoumitzi str., Athens, Mrs K. Riga) as of Wednesday August 23, 2006, to receive a certificate indicating the amount to be collected. Such amount may be collected from the Deposits and Loans Fund upon presentation of the above certificate and their identification card. Eligible shareholders who reside outside Athens must designate in writing to the Bank's Share Register Section the Public Fund from where they may collect the corresponding amount, so that the amount is deposited by the Deposits and Loans Fund.
