GOODY'S SA, which is being merged by absorption by the company DELTA HOLDINGS S.A., which will be renamed after the completion of the merger with absorption of the companies GOODY?S, GENERAL FOODS SA, DELTA DAIRY SA and CHIPITA INTERNATIONAL SA, to ?VIVARTIA INDUSTRIAL & COMMERCIAL COMPANY OF FOOD PRODUCTS & CATERING SERVICES S.A.? announces the following :
I. The Board of Directors of the Capital Market Committee at its 395/9.08.2006 meeting, was informed on the content of the equivalent to the Prospectus, booklet of art. 4 paragraph 2.D. of L. 3401/2005, which, from today 10 August 2006, will be available at the Athens Exchange, at the Company?s offices (Lida Maria Buildings, 570 01 Thermi Thessaloniki), tel. No 2310-476236, on the Company?s web page : www.goodys.gr and www.vivartia.gr and on the ASE web page www.ase.gr.
II. The Company will advise its shareholders on the date, according to the law, of the completion of the merger, the termination of the trading of the shares of the absorbed companies GOODY?S, GENERAL FOODS SA and CHIPITA INTERNATIONAL SA, as well as the date of commencement of trading of the new shares arising from the merger of DELTA HOLDING SA (?VIVARTIA INDUSTRIAL & COMMERCIAL COMPANY OF FOOD PRODUCTS & CATERING SERVICES S.A.?)
