GEK S.A. informs that it signed a private contract by virtue of which the company transferred 714.000 shares (70% percentage) that owned in the company "KRITIKES DIAKOPES S.A." at a total price of 4.900.000 euros. In addition, a preliminary contract was signed for the transfer of 39.000 shares (5% percentage) that GEK S.A. owned in the company "KRITIKOS ILIOS S.A." at a total price of 263.158 euros. The 20th of October of 2006 was set as the date of signing the final contract.
