In accordance with article 10 par.1 of the Law 3340/2005 combined with the Article 2 par.2e of HCMC Decision 3/347/12.7.2005, FORTHnet SA announces, as part of its plans to strengthen its organisational structure, the formation on 9 October 2006, of a new division, the Finance & Administration Division. As of the aforementioned date, Mr. Pavlos Kanellopoulos, is appointed as Chief Financial Officer being head of the new Division and Mr. George Karakovounis remains as Finance Manager.
