In relation to an announcement made on 13.10.06 by the company Active Investment Company (AEEX), ASPIS BANK informs the Athens Exchange, the Capital Markets Commission and the investors that it has not placed its branch network at the service of the share capital increase of the above company and that, therefore, the shareholders of the said company will not be able to exercise their pre-emption rights through the ASPIS BANK branches.
