Preserving its leading position in Greece in the field of constructions through its subsidiary company AKTOR SA, ELLINIKI TECHNODOMIKI TEB Group continues at the same time on an international level its efforts to establish and transform AKTOR SA to a regional player both in the Balkans and the Middle East. Within the frame of the above strategy, AKTOR SA undertook in Qatar in Joint Venture with the local company Al Darwish Engineering, the Cypriot company Cybarco and the Italian company Cimolai the study - construction of the Airline Support Facilities of the new airport of Doha, a project amounting to $ 199 mil. The project will be completed in December 2008. AKTOR SA is the leader in the above Joint Venture with its share of participation reaching 40%. Concessionaire of the project is the NDIA Steering Committee, while the American company Bechtel has undertaken the representation of the customer within the framework of the EPCM contract (engineering, procurement and construction management).
