Mytilineos Holdings S.A., further to its announcement of 4.10.2006 and the Athens Stock Market?s decision reg. nr. 48855/12.10.2006 which approved the share release of DELTA MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT AND INTEGRATED PROJECTS S.A. (the Company) due to the New Exchange Market (NΕ.Χ.Α.), announces that today the sale/transfer of 2,168,622 shares of the Company was concluded. The shares were sold by messrs Anastasios Deligiorgis, Efstathia Deligiorgi, Konstantinos Katsaros, Maria Katsarou, and Evangelos Papageorgiou to Mytilineos Holdings S.A. with a price of eight euro (8 Euro) per share, exerting their put option right.
