EPSILON NET S.A. in accordance with the current legislation, and following the Board of Director's resolution - dated on September 24, 2020, in order to inform the investment community, announces the CompanyΆs intention to sell the total of the Company's treasury shares, which amounts to 24,949 shares and corresponds to 0.186% of its share capital.

The lowest sale price of the transaction is € 2.70 per share and it will be completed between September 25, 2020 and September 28, 2020.
