The Board of BVIC is pleased to announce that during the Annual General Meeting held on the 30th June 2005, the dividend of 0.36 euro per share, was voted for unanimously. All shareholders as at the end of the trading day on the Athens Stock Exchange on the 30th of June 2005, are entitled to the dividend. As of Friday the 1st of July 2005 the company's shares will trade ex-dividend on the Athens Stock Exchange. The payment of the dividend will be by cheque which will be sent to shareholders entitled to the dividend, with the relevant tax certificate, as of the 29th of August 2005.
