FRIGOGLASS S.A.IC. announces that its shareholder, COMPETROL ESTABLISHMENT S.A., informed it of the sale on 2 March 2006 of 2,500,000 out of its 2,920,000 shares in FRIGOGLASS S.A.IC. Subsequent to the above transaction, COMPETROL ESTABLISHMENT S.A. owns 420,000 shares in FRIGOGLASS S.A.IC., which correspond to 1.05% of its share capital (as opposed to 7.30% prior to the transaction).
