LAMDA Development S.A., (the Company) in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and the article 19 of the Regulation 596/2014/EU and after relevant notification, announces that Mr. Theodoros Glavas:  

• On the 10^th December, 2019 sold 4,341 pre-emptive rights for the participation in the Share Capital Increase, at an average price of 0.778 euro and with total amount of 3,379.62 euro
• On the 11^th December, 2019 sold 5,085 pre-emptive rights for the participation in the Share Capital Increase, at an average price of 0.809 euro and with total amount of 4,112.25 euro

Mr. Theodoros Glavas is pursuant to the provisions of article 3, par.1 (26) of the Regulation 596/2014/EU, a person closely associated with Mrs. Konstantina Karatopouzi, Financial and Administration Director of the Company.
