LAMDA Development S.A. (the Company), in accordance with the provisions of L. 3556/2007 and the article 19 of the Regulation 596/2014/EU and after relevant notification, announces that on the 24^th, September  2020 the public benefit foundation under the name “John S. Latsis Public Benefit Foundation” (the Foundation) acquired 500 common, bearer bonds, at a total amount of 504,762.06 euro.

The Foundation is pursuant to the provisions of article 3, par.1 (26) of the Regulation 596/2014/EU, a legal person closely associated with the non executive members of the Company's Board of Directors Messrs. Evangelos Chronis, Vice Chairman and Fotios Antonatos.
