Announcement pursuant to Law 3556/2007

“SPACE HELLAS S.A. TELECOMMUNICATIONS, IT, SECURITY SYSTEMS AND SERVICES - PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES PRIVATE ENTERPRISE” hereby announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 as in force and following relevant notifications received today from the hereinafter shareholders,  that the following  changes took place:   

Mr. Panagiotis Bellos notified in common with Mrs. Aikaterini Ioannou the opening of a Joint Investment Account with his spouse. Mr. Panagiotis Bellos transferred from his individual investment account (on 30.09.2021) 1,089,278 common registered voting shares, i.e. percentage of 16.871% of the total 6,456,530 common registered shares to the abovementioned Joint Investment Account (BELLOS PANAGIOTIS-IOANNOU AIKATERINI). 

Regardless of the abovementioned transfer, there has not been any change to the percentage of Mr. Panagiotis Bellos. He holds, namely 1,093,159 common registered voting shares, i.e. a percentage of 16.931% of common registered shares with voting rights (16.871% corresponding to 1,089,278 common registered shares at the Joint Investment Account with his spouse (BELLOS PANAGIOTIS-IOANNOU AIKATERINI) and 0.060% corresponding to 3,881 common registered shares to the Joint Investment Account (BELLOS PANAGIOTIS-IOANNOU AIKATERINI). Mr. Panagiotis Bellos does not possess any indirect voting rights or any kind of financial instruments.

Following the abovementioned transfer, Mrs. Aikaterini Ioannou (spouse of Mr. Panagiotis Bellos) percentage increased from 0% to 16.871% (1,089,278 common registered voting shares) due to the participation in the Joint Investment Account (BELLOS PANAGIOTIS-IOANNOU AIKATERINI). Mrs Ioannou Aikaterini does not possess any indirect voting rights or any kind of financial instruments.
