In answer to your letter ref. 44379/8.9.2006 regarding a comment on a Financial Press website of the alleged buy out of Notos Com Holdings by a EIKON Mezzanine Invest Holding, please be informed that we are not aware of any such proposition.
With regard to the company's major shareholders, we confirm the reference in the article that they have recently bought company shares, as we have officially disclosed to the Athens Stock Exchange (ref Nos. 44322, 44323, 44327 and 44330 dd 8.9.2006) and the Capital Markets Committee (ref. 14680, 14682, 14685 and 14678 dd 8.9.2006).
We believe that any further queries regarding this issue should be addressed to the alleged buyers.
