The Board of Directors of Hellenic Exchanges Holding S.A. (HELEX), at its meeting of September 19th 2005 decided to award the construction of an office building at the company's land on 108-110 Athinon Ave., to house all of the Group?s departments, to the contractor BABIS VOVOS - DIETHNIS TECHNIKI S.A., thus completing the negotiation procedure, based on the announcement for the expression of interest of 24.01.2005.

The building will be constructed with consideration (HELEX will provide to the contractor in lieu of payment the rest of the land), and the contractor will pay HELEX a supplementary monetary consideration in the amount of seven million euro (7,000,000). The building is expected to be delivered to HELEX on March 30th 2007.

The building that will be constructed for HELEX Group, will be for the sole use of the Group, with a total office area (including supporting functions) of 6,700 sq. meters. The new building will include the most modern technical infrastructure, so as to cover the needs of the Group, in a continuously developing international environment.
