Change in financial calendar

Cenergy Holdings announces that the presentation of financial results for the year ended 31^st December 2019 to investors and analysts will now be held through a conference call on April 8^th, 2020 at 19.00 pm Athens Time (17.00 pm UK Time), and not on May 19^th, 2020 at the premises of the Athens Stock Exchange, as previously announced.
