In the context of the special obligations stipulated by Article 2 of Rule 5/204/14.11.2000 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission Board of Directors regarding an article in the financial press dated 28/9/2006, GR. SARANTIS SA management confirms that it is in the process of negotiating and contracting an agreement with a foreign partner on the production, promotion and distribution of a product in the American market.
The product distribution is expected to start in the beginning of the next year, while the company will inform the investor community and the regulatory authorities with a press release upon signing the final agreement.
