- No meeting between the Chairman of MARFIN FINANCIAL GROUP Mr. Soud Ba'alawy and the Chairman or any other representative of Alpha Bank has ever taken place.
- MARFIN FINANCIAL GROUP and/or DUBAI FINANCIAL have not purchased any shares of ALPHA BANK and no "hostile take over" move is underway.
