COMPANY PRESENTATION TO THE REPRESENTATIVES OF THE CAPITAL MARKET

The presentation of the Company's annual financial results to representatives of the capital market was held today, 28^th of May 2020, via teleconference.

The presentation was held by the CEO Mr. Harry Sachinis, Deputy CEO Mr. Anastasios Tossios, as well as other top management executives. The financial results of 2019 and the significant events of the year before and after the end of it, were presented in detail.

The following discussion focused on the company's optimization projects, analyzed in detail the objectives, the strategic planning, the improvement of the corporate operation and the modernization that has been carried out so far, as well as the renewal of the EYDAP contract with the Greek state. Particular emphasis was placed on renewable energy, the projects in Eastern Attica that will increase sewerage connections as well as the ongoing integration of municipal water supply networks.
