VIOHALCO S.A. today announced that it is considering a sale of a minority stake in its subsidiary SIDENOR S.A. to qualified investors. No decision has been made as to the magnitude, timing or method of any such sale, which in any event will remain subject to market conditions. In the event that such a sale is consummated, VIOHALCO S.A. would remain the majority shareholder of SIDENOR S.A.
