Consolidated Turnover of euro 48.58 mn for PC SYSTEMS for 2003

For the fiscal year 2003, PC SYSTEMS' turnover reached euro 48.58 mn versus euro 51.63 in fiscal 2002. At the same time, EBT after minorities amounted to euro 385 thousands in fiscal 2003 versus euro 221 thousand in fiscal 2002.

Despite that the Group's turnover decreased by 5.9%, the profitability of PCSYSTEMS Group increased significantly by 74%. This increase in profits is a result of the constant development of new services and strategic partnerships, as well as the company's commitment on its corporate strategy through participating and implementing major projects, both in the Private and the Public sectors.

More specifically, during last year PC SYSTEMS undertook the AIS project implementation to upgrade the air-traffic control in our country, budgeted at Euro 6.972 mn. The company also participates in the Consortium for Olympic Information Technology Projects - KOEP, regarding the infrastructure of ATHENS 2004 (supply of INTEL,UNIX, PC's) with a budget of euro 29.4 mn and the SAIC Joint-Venture, regarding the Olympic Games security with a budget of euro 240 mn.

PCSYSTEMS also demonstrates a strong presence in projects related with the Educational and Academic sector, like the project of the Wireless Internet Network to School units in west Thessaloniki, the computerization of 1,059 Primary Schools, Nursery Schools and Primary Education Administrative units throughout Greece, as well as the computerization of Laboratories for vision impaired students, creating new and alternative education methods based on new technologies.

The company's dynamic course is enhanced through its Research and Development Management's unit participation in pilot projects like: Opus, concerning the creation of electronic supplies system in the E-Health area, the SOL System, regarding the use of modern IT and Communication technologies to better inform the public about earthquakes, Knowlaboration, that is a an eLearning solution for the working environment, and finally ELEGANT, which seeks to create a system for improving user guidance on searching information from various Electronic Government services.

Besides the above projects, the company continues to invest in new strategic partnerships, and was certified by Fujitsu-Siemens as a Corporate Reseller for Greece, significantly expanding its range of offered products services. PC SYSTEMS further enhanced its cooperation with Microsoft, where through the Microsoft Certified Business Solutions Partner certification, assumed the promotion, distribution, development and implementation of Microsoft Business Solutions- Navision business management software (EPR nad CRM).

PC SYSTEMS constitutes the basic unit of Pouliadis Group in the Systems Integration area. The company's core activities are focused on the design, distribution, support, training and maintenance of information systems, the provision of advanced technology services to the information technology and telecommunications sectors, the systems integration and the development of business software.
