ELTRAK S.A., in reference to its announcement, dated February 14, 2005 (re:agreement signed between ELTRAK S.A. and AUTOHELLAS S.A. for the participation of AUTOHELLAS S.A. by 50% in ELTREKA S.A., subsidiary company of ELTRAK GROUP) announces herewith that, following the relevant approval of the Competition Committee, AUTOHELLAS S.A. acquired 42.3% of the shares of the company ELTREKA S.A. and has henceforth a 50% holding in the company.
