It is announced by Autohellas ATEE that a dividend of Euro 0.21 has been approved by the Annual Shareholders Meeting that took place on the 11th of May 2006. Shareholders who are on record at the end of the trading day on the 15th of May 2006 are entitled to the dividend. As of the 16th of May 2006, which is the ex-dividend day, the shares will trade in the Athens Exchange without the right to dividend.
