According to the decision 5/204/14-11-2000 of the Capital Market Committee, the following are announced:

The Board of Directors of the Company in replacement of its resigned member, Mr. Leonidas Theoklitos, elected today Mr. Antonios Kaminaris, First Vice President of the Postal Savings Bank. The election of the new member will be submitted to approval in the first General Assembly that will take place afterwards the above-mentioned election.
