EFG Eurobank Ergasias S.A. agreed to acquire an additional 25% shareholding in EFG Private Bank (Luxembourg) S.A. from the EFG Bank European Financial Group. Following the acquisition, EFG Eurobank will control 100% of EFG Private Bank (Luxembourg) S.A. Completion of the transaction is subject to regulatory approvals.
