The BoD of the CMC on its Extraordinary session on 24.4.2003, decided to ask from the Court of Athens to appoint Auditors for the conduction of audits to the listed companies Altec S.A., Eleftheri Tileorasi S.A.(Alter) and Microland Computers S.A., for the fiscal years 1999 until 2002. This decision was taken due to the released results of the audit by the Fraud & Financial Crime Corps (SDOE), the results of which set in doubt the reliability and the content of the financial statements of these companies.
