Modification of Financial Calendar 2020

According to the provisions of the articles 4.1.3.15.1 of the ATHEX Regulation and in the framework of correct and timely information to the investment community, ELLAKTOR S.A. (the “Company”) announces the modification of the Financial Calendar 2020, regarding the date of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, which was originally scheduled to be held on June 26^th , 2020. The new date of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be specified and communicated in a timely manner to the investment community.
