2020 Annual Financial results announcement and publication: Wednesday 28 April 2021 (after the termination of the Athens Exchange sessions).

Annual General Meeting: Tuesday 29 June 2021.

The Board of Directors will propose to the Annual General Assembly of the shareholders the distribution of dividend.

Ex-Dividend date: Thursday 22 July 2021.

Dividend Beneficiaries date: Friday 23 July 2021.

Dividend payment date: Wednesday 28 July 2021.
