Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

Tuesday, 9th of July 2024.

Ex – dividend date:

Thursday, 22nd of August 2024.

Date of determination of dividend beneficiaries (Record Date):

Friday, 23rd of August 2024.

Dividend payment date:

Wednesday, 28th of August 2024.

The dividend payment is subject to Annual General Meeting approval.
