Financial Calendar 2024[1]

According to the provisions of the articles 4.1.3.15.1 of the ATHEX Regulation ELLAKTOR S.A. (the “Company”), announces the 2024 Financial Calendar, as follows:

1.     The announcement regarding the Annual Financial Statements of the fiscal year 2023 of the Company (as well as the Consolidated Financial Statements) and the Annual Financial Report FY 2023 will be published to the Athens Exchange and to the Company's website on Thursday, April 18^th, 2024, after the closing of trading session of ATHEX.

2.     The Analysts' briefing on the FY 2023 results will take place on Thursday, April 18^th, 2024, via teleconference (a specific invitation will follow).

3.     The Company's Annual General Meeting will take place on Friday, May 31^st, 2024.

4.     The Board of Directors will propose no dividend distribution for the fiscal year 2023.

5.     The Board of Directors will convene at a prior date to the date of the Annual General Meeting examine a possible proposal of a capital return to the Company's shareholders.
