FINANCIAL CALENDAR FOR THE YEAR 2021

P.G. NIKAS SA, in the context of the correct and valid information of the investors, according to article 4.1.4.3.1 of the ATHEX Regulations, announces the Financial Calendar for the year 2021:

1) Announcement of the Annual Financial Statements 2020: Thursday 22/04/2021

2) Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders: Tuesday 25/05/2021

P.G. NIKAS SA reserves the right to change the above dates, after informing the investing public in a timely manner by amending this present financial calendar.

The Company clarifies that the Financial Statements 2020 will be posted on its website.

The Company informs that no dividend will be distributed for the year 2020.
