FINANCIAL CALENDAR FOR THE YEAR 2024

«Thessaloniki Port Authority S.A.» (ThPA S.A.) announces the Financial Calendar for the year 2024, in accordance with articles 4.1.2 and 4.1.3.15.1&2 of the Athens Exchange Rulebook as follows:

• Release of the annual financial statements for the financial year 2023: Wednesday, April 17^th, 2024.

The Annual Financial Report for the financial year 2023 will be available on the CompanyΆs website www.thpa.gr and on the website of the Athens Stock Exchange www.athexgroup.gr

• Analyst Day, presentation of the Company's financial results to analysts: Thursday, April 18^th, 2024.
• Annual General Shareholders Meeting:  Friday, May 10^th, 2024.
• Ex-dividend date: Tuesday, May 14^th, 2024.
• Dividend beneficiaries for the financial year 2023 - "Record date": Wednesday, May 15^th, 2024.
• Dividend payment date will start on: Monday, May 20^th, 2024.

The Company will issue an updated announcement on the dividend payment procedure.
