The management of Fashion Box Greece S.A., is hereby announcing the financial results of the third quarter of the financial year 2004:

A. The company's turnover for the third quarter of the financial year 2004 reached 11.993.779 euros increased by 21,7% from the equivalent period of 2003 which was at 9.857.238 euros.

B. The gross profit came up to the amount of 4.863.299 euros or 40,55 % of the company's turnover, in comparison to the corresponding period of 2003 which was at 4.059.499 euros or 41,18 % of the company's turnover.

C. The earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) for the third quarter of 2004, reached 1.050.912 euros increased by 72 % from the corresponding period of 2003 which were at 612.063 euros.

D. The earnings before taxes for the third quarter of 2004, reached 608.104 euros increased by 292 % from the corresponding period of 2003 which were at 155.130 euros.
