• Klitou Nikolaos, Independent Non-executive member, President of the Audit Committee, with term of office until 20/02/2023

• Koulouris Theodoros, Executive member, with term of office until 26/08/2023

• Konstantakopoulos Dimitrios, Non-executive member, with term of office until 29/04/2024
