According to the resolution 5/204/14.11.2000 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission as well as the Athens Stock Exchange regulation, GERMANOS SA announces that COSMOTE SA owner of 11,729,103 GERMANOS SA shares representing 14.378% of GERMANOS SA share capital, informed about the acquisition of further 5,200,000 GERMANOS SA shares representing 6.37% of GERMANOS SA share capital on the 4th August 2006. Following this transaction, COSMOTE SA holds 20.75% (16,929,103 shares) of the Company's share capital.
