MOTODYNAMIKI S.A. inaugurated the new establishments of its subsidiary company "Motordynamics Ltd" in Sofia, on Friday, 14 October 2005, in a formal ceremony given to city representatives, journalists and clienfor the presentation of the new YAMAHA 2006 models . It is noted that Yamaha Motor Corporation, apart from the Distribution Contract for Greece, has trusted MOTODYNAMIKI S.A. by assigning to it representations in Bulgaria (since 1992) and in Romania (since 1994). The strengthening and development of the activities in the Balkans is one of the basic strategic directions of MOTODYNAMIKI S.A.

MOTODYNAMIKI S.A. invests in its subsidiary companies in Romania and Bulgaria , while at the same time paves the way for the long-term utilization of the prospects that will be created in the future, in particular after the expected accession of Bulgaria into the EU by the year 2007. In addition, MOTODYNAMIKI is aiming at expanding its retail network and at developing promotional programs that will boost the market and enhance YAMAHA's market share. Currently, the company owns totally 8 points of sales (main establishments, branches and 6 dealers) in strategic points such as: Varna, Sofia, Burgas, Plovdiv.
