The company UNIBIOS HOLDINGS SOCIETE ANONYME (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") announces, that:   Mr. Orfeas Mavrikios, Managing Director of the Company, exercised stock options and participated in the Share Capital Increase of the Company, which was decided by the Board of Directors at the meeting of 19.01.2023, and took over 906,366 shares (ISIN GRS084003011). As a result, Mr. Mavrikios currently owns directly 3,210,324 shares corresponding to 18.67% of the voting rights of the Company and indirectly 723,052 shares corresponding to 4.21% of the voting rights of the Company. In total, he directly and indirectly controls 3,933,376 shares corresponding to 22.88% of the voting rights of the Company.    Mr. Antonios Svoronos, President of the Board of Directors of the company, exercised stock options and participated in the Share Capital Increase of the Company, that was decided on 19.01.2023, by taking over 506,365 shares of the Company (ISIN GRS084003011). Following this, Mr. Svoronos currently owns directly 3,157,336 shares corresponding to 18.37% of the voting rights of the Company and indirectly 378,786 shares corresponding to 2.20% of the voting rights of the Company. In total, he directly and indirectly controls 3,536,122 shares corresponding to 20.57% of the voting rights of the Company.   The new shares were credited and started trading on 24.03.2023.   This announcement is made in the context of the notification of transactions of persons as provided for in Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No  596/2014 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 16 April 2014 on market abuse and  the decision 3/347/12-7-2005 of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission as well as in compliance to Law 3556/2007 in conjunction with the provision of article 11 of decision 1/434/3-7-2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission on the dissemination of regulated information.
