Lambrakis Press SA announces today that it agreed to sell to Pegasus Publishing SA 20% of the share capital of IRIS Printing SA. After the finalization of this transaction, Lambrakis Press S.A and Pegasus Publishing SA will each hold a 50% participation in the share capital of the printing company.
