M.J.MAILLIS GROUP, within the framework of its strategy for geographic expansion and penetration into new markets, announced today the establishment of a subsidiary company in Serbia called M.J.MAILLIS d.o.o. Beograd with registered offices in Belgrade. The purpose of this company is to promote the Group's products in the local market.

In addition, the Group enhanced the capital structure of its subsidiary company in Spain, M.J. MAILLIS ESPANA SL, thus increasing the share capital from 1,100,000 to 2,000,000, in order to finance the extension of its productive activity (increase in the production of plastic tapes).

Finally, within the framework of strengthening the common corporate identity of the Group, the trade name of the subsidiary company in "Holland SANDER PACKAGING B.V." is changed from 1 August 2005 to " M.J. MAILLIS NETHERLANDS B.V."
