Michaniki's management has decided to establish a subsidiary company in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) named MICHANIKI EMIRATES S.A., headquartered in Abu Dhabi. The new entity will pursue its involvement and participation in construction projects in the Arab peninsula, real estate development, as well the promotion and sale of industrial products of its affiliated companies in Greece (marble products, steel pipes, wood products etc). Michaniki is already active through subsidiaries in Russia, Ukraine and Bulgaria.
